Top-Pastor Paul's 'Have Pulpit Will Travel' in 1972. Pastor Paul ministered to youth groups and parishioners of churches throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota in the 1970's when he started his ministry. He recorded his 60-90 minute messages. With those messages, he developed one of the largest radio ministry audiences in the Upper Midwest. Then, he started his African Tape Ministry sending the taped messages to thousands of individuals and churches globally.
